This water hyacinth is located in the Uvaparanama electorate in the Welimada area in the Badulla  District of the Uva Province.  
Bomburuella is one of the most beautiful and beautiful waterfalls that attracts both local and foreign tourists.

Boburu Falls is the widest waterfall in Sri Lanka. Also known as Boburu Falls.

It is located in the Sita Eliya, Kadapola Reserve, Parawella Village, Uvaparanagama Divisional Secretariat Division, 15 km from Welimada Town, close to the Nuwara Eliya and Badulla District Borders.

The waterfall is about 50 meters high and 20 meters wide.

This consists of a group of waterfalls. Dulgala River, a major tributary of the Mahaweli River, rises at an elevation of 1842 m above sea level and falls into four parts on a rocky slope on Mount Kitul.

There are several ways to visit this waterfall. It is 15 km from Welimada on the Nuwara Eliya road via Uduhawara. From Nuwara Eliya you can reach Rendapola 5 km and turn off at Galahagama Junction to reach Boburu Falls.
